Returns - Cancellation

Cancel / Return Products

It is your obligation to unpack and check the products within 15 days from the delivery date. In case the goods are not returned within 15 days from the delivery date, it is assumed that they were received in optimum condition and our company may not accept their return neither their replacement.

You have the right to return the goods you bought asking for replacement in the following cases:

  • In case you were sent a different product from what you ordered.
  • In case the product is defective and it is under guarantee.
  • In case you want to exchange it with some other product, under the condition that the product you bought is “available in stock” and not “upon request”. For products defined as “upon request” returns are not possible, as described in the chapter “Special terms for Upon request products”.

In the instances (a) and (b), once we have received and inspected the returned product, we can send you as soon as possible the right one, bearing all the transport costs, return of the old product and dispatch of the new one. Moreover, you can ask either for the exchange of the product with another one, or for the refund of the amount you paid.

In the case (c) you have the right to ask for the exchange of the product with a different one, you are bearing the transport expense for its return and for the dispatch of the new one. If you prefer not to exchange it with another product, but to be refund, we will withhold the amount for the expenses of transport and return of the product.

In all the instances the product must be returned in optimum condition, not being used, being complete, having still the package in which it was bought and being the package itself in a good condition.

In case the product is returned incomplete or ruined, our company has the right to accept the return and to ask for reimbursement whose amount depends on the condition of the product and of its package.

Ultimately, the product to be replaced must come along with all the documents it was accompanied when it was bought (such as delivery note, invoice, receipt).

Order Cancelation

In case you want to cancel an order of a product which is “available in stock”, if your order has not been delivered yet, you should contact the company e-shop responsible salesman at the telephone (+30) 25210 35186 or via e-mail at the address info@sitaridis.gr

In case the product you want to cancel is “Upon request”, our company has the right (a) to ask for reimbursement, whose amount depends on the marketability of the product and (b) to offset the product total or partial cost against the advance fee you already deposited.
